Sample Cooler

A sample cooler is a compact heat exchanger designed to cool high-temperature process fluid samples to a safe and stable temperature before laboratory analysis or on-line measurement. Hot process fluid passes through the internal cooling coil while cooling water flows around the coil, transferring heat from the sample to the cooling water. This allows a representative sample to be collected at a suitable temperature for accurate and safe testing. Sample coolers are commonly used in boiler water, steam and condensate systems, cooling water systems, power plants, chemical processing and industrial water treatment applications.
